Filforce 100/20 mg
Product Description
Filforce 100/20 mg is a dual-action combination medicine used to treat Erectile Dysfunction (ED) and Premature Ejaculation (PE) in adult men. Each tablet contains two active ingredients:
- Sildenafil Citrate 100 mg – helps achieve and maintain a firm erection
- Dapoxetine 20 mg – increases control over ejaculation and prolongs sexual intercourse
It is a modified, lower-dose version of Super P-Force (which usually contains 60 mg Dapoxetine).
How to Take Filforce 100/20 mg
- Dosage
- Take one tablet approximately 30 to 60 minutes before planned sexual activity.
- Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours.

Administration
- Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.
- It can be taken with or without food. However, avoid heavy or fatty meals as they may delay the effect.
- Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.

Duration of Effect
- Sildenafil works for 4–6 hours.
- Dapoxetine helps improve ejaculation control.
- Sexual stimulation is still required for the erection to occur.
Important Information
Do NOT take Filforce 100/20 mg if you:
- Are taking nitrates (nitroglycerin, isosorbide, etc.)
- Have had a recent heart attack, stroke, or serious heart disease
- Have severe liver or kidney disease
- Have low or uncontrolled high blood pressure
- Are taking MAO inhibitors, SSRIs, or any other medicines containing Sildenafil or Dapoxetine
- Have a history of fainting, bipolar disorder, or seizures
- Are allergic to Sildenafil or Dapoxetine
Warnings and Precautions
- This medicine can cause dizziness or fainting, especially when standing up quickly.
- Avoid alcohol completely while taking Filforce, as it significantly increases side effects.
- Do not drive or operate machinery after taking this tablet.
- If you experience chest pain, severe dizziness, sudden vision/hearing loss, or an erection lasting longer than 4 hours (priapism), seek emergency medical help immediately.
