Product Description
Generic Super P-Force is a dual-action medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE) in adult men. Each tablet contains:
- Sildenafil Citrate 100 mg – helps achieve and maintain a firm erection
- Dapoxetine 60 mg – increases control over ejaculation and prolongs sexual intercourse
It is one of the most popular combination treatments for men who suffer from both conditions.
How to Take Super P-Force
- Dosage
- Take one tablet approximately 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity.
- Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours.

Administration
- Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.
- It can be taken with or without food. However, taking it after a heavy or fatty meal may delay the effect.
- Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.

Duration of Effect
- Sildenafil works for up to 4–6 hours.
- Dapoxetine helps control ejaculation for several hours.
- Sexual stimulation is still required for the erection to occur.
Important Information
Do NOT take Super P-Force if you:
- Are taking nitrates (for chest pain) or nitric oxide donors
- Have heart problems, recent heart attack, stroke, or severe heart disease
- Have severe liver or kidney disease
- Have low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure
- Are taking MAO inhibitors, SSRIs, or other medicines containing Dapoxetine/Sildenafil
- Have a history of bipolar disorder, mania, or seizures
- Are allergic to Sildenafil or Dapoxetine
Warnings and Precautions
- This is a strong combination medicine. Use only if you suffer from both erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.
- Do not consume alcohol while taking Super P-Force — it significantly increases the risk of side effects.
- Avoid grapefruit juice.
- If you experience dizziness, fainting, chest pain, or an erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism), seek emergency medical help immediately.
- This medicine may cause drowsiness or dizziness. Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how it affects you.
