Product Description
Ivercare 12 mg contains Ivermectin 12 mg, a powerful antiparasitic medication. It is used to treat various parasitic worm infections in humans, including scabies, strongyloidiasis, river blindness (onchocerciasis), head lice, and certain intestinal parasites. It works by paralyzing and killing the parasites.
Dosage and Administration
Recommended Dose for Adults:
- The usual dose is one tablet (12 mg) taken as a single dose.
- In many cases (especially scabies or strongyloidiasis), your doctor may ask you to repeat the dose after 7 to 14 days.
How to Take:
- Take the tablet on an empty stomach — at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after food.
- Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.
- Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.
Note: Dosage may vary depending on body weight and the type of parasitic infection. Always follow your doctor’s exact instructions.
Important Information
Do NOT take Ivercare 12 mg if you:
- Are allergic to Ivermectin
- Are pregnant or planning to become pregnant
- Are breastfeeding
