Product Description
Kamagra Chewable Tabs are a chewable form of Sildenafil Citrate 100 mg, used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. They work by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, helping to achieve and maintain a firm erection.

How to Take Kamagra Chewable Tablets

1. Dosage
   • The recommended dose is one 100 mg tablet per day.
   • Do not take more than one tablet in any 24-hour period.

2. Administration

   • Chew the tablet thoroughly before swallowing.
   • You may take it with or without food. However, taking it after a heavy or fatty meal may delay the onset of action.
   • Take the tablet approximately 30 to 60 minutes before planned sexual activity.
   • Sexual stimulation is required for the medication to work.

3. Duration of Effect

   • The effects usually last for 4 to 6 hours.
   • You will not get an erection automatically — you must be sexually aroused.

Important Information

Do NOT take Kamagra Chewable if you:

• Are taking nitrates (e.g. nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate) for chest pain
• Have had a recent heart attack, stroke, or life-threatening arrhythmia
• Have severe heart, liver, or kidney disease
• Have low blood pressure (hypotension)
• Have a known allergy to Sildenafil or any of the ingredients
• Are taking riociguat (Adempas)
• Have been advised by your doctor to avoid sexual activity due to health reasons

Warnings and Precautions

• Consult your doctor before use if you have any medical conditions, especially heart problems, retinitis pigmentosa, stomach ulcers, bleeding disorders, or penile deformities (e.g. Peyronie’s disease).
• Avoid drinking large amounts of alcohol before taking the tablet, as it may reduce effectiveness and increase side effects.
• Do not combine with other erectile dysfunction medications.
• If you experience chest pain, dizziness, or nausea during sexual activity, stop immediately and seek medical help.
• Prolonged erection (priapism) lasting more than 4 hours requires immediate medical attention.
