Product Description
Avacare 100 mg contains Avanafil 100 mg, a fast-acting phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. Avanafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, helping to achieve and maintain a firm erection.
Avacare is known for its very fast onset of action compared to other ED medications.
How to Take Avacare 100 mg
- Dosage
- The recommended dose is one 100 mg tablet as needed.
- Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours.

Administration
- Take the tablet 15 to 30 minutes before sexual activity.
- It can be taken with or without food. (Fatty meals have less effect on Avanafil than on Sildenafil.)
- Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
- Sexual stimulation is required for the medicine to work.

Duration of Effect
- Effects usually begin within 15 minutes.
- The medicine remains effective for up to 6 hours.
Important Information
Do NOT take Avacare 100 mg if you:
- Are taking nitrates (nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, etc.)
- Have had a recent heart attack, stroke, or serious heart rhythm problems
- Have severe liver or kidney disease
- Have very low or very high blood pressure
- Are taking riociguat (Adempas)
- Are allergic to Avanafil
Warnings and Precautions
- Consult your doctor before use if you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, eye problems, stomach ulcers, or bleeding disorders.
- Avoid drinking large amounts of alcohol while taking this medicine.
- Do not combine with other erectile dysfunction medications.
- Stop sexual activity and seek immediate medical help if you experience:
- Chest pain
- Severe dizziness
- Sudden vision or hearing loss
- Erection lasting longer than 4 hours (priapism)
