Product Description
Extra Super P-Force is a high-strength dual-action medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE) at the same time. Each tablet contains:

• Sildenafil Citrate 100 mg – helps to achieve and maintain a firm erection
• Dapoxetine 100 mg – significantly increases control over ejaculation and prolongs sexual intercourse

This is a stronger version of the original Super P-Force (which contains 60 mg of Dapoxetine).

How to Take Extra Super P-Force

1. Dosage
   • Take one tablet approximately 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity.
   • Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours.

2. Administration

   • Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.
   • It can be taken with or without food. Taking it after a heavy or fatty meal may delay the effect.
   • Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.

3. Duration of Effect

   • Sildenafil works for 4–6 hours.
   • Dapoxetine helps control ejaculation.
   • The combined effect usually lasts up to 6–8 hours.
   • Sexual stimulation is required for the erection to occur.

Important Information

Do NOT take Extra Super P-Force if you:

• Are taking nitrates or nitric oxide donors
• Have heart problems, recent heart attack, stroke, or severe heart disease
• Have severe liver or kidney disease
• Have low or uncontrolled high blood pressure
• Are taking MAO inhibitors, SSRIs, or other medicines containing Dapoxetine or Sildenafil
• Have a history of bipolar disorder, mania, fainting, or seizures
• Are allergic to Sildenafil or Dapoxetine

Warnings and Precautions

• This is a very high-strength formulation (especially the 100 mg Dapoxetine). It should only be used by men who have previously tolerated lower doses.
• Avoid alcohol completely — it greatly increases the risk of side effects such as dizziness, fainting, and low blood pressure.
• Do not drive or operate machinery after taking this medicine.
• If you experience dizziness, fainting, chest pain, or an erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism), seek emergency medical help immediately.

• Store below 25°C (77°F) in a cool, dry place
• Keep in the original blister pack
• Protect from moisture
