Product Description
Cialis Testpacket contains Tadalafil 20 mg, a clinically proven medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. It belongs to the class of medicines called PDE5 inhibitors. Tadalafil works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, allowing increased blood flow during sexual stimulation. It is known for its long duration of action (up to 36 hours).

How to Take Cialis Testpacket

1. Dosage
   • The recommended dose is one 20 mg tablet taken as needed.
   • Do not take more than one tablet per 24 hours.

2. Administration

   • Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
   • You may take it with or without food.
   • Take the tablet at least 30 minutes before sexual activity.
   • Cialis Testpacket can work for up to 36 hours after taking it. This is why it is often called “The Weekend Pill”.

3. Two Ways to Use (choose one):

   • As Needed: Take one 20 mg tablet before sexual activity (recommended for most users).
   • Daily Use (only if prescribed by a doctor): Lower doses (2.5 mg or 5 mg) are used daily. Do not take 20 mg daily.

Important Information

Do NOT take Cialis Testpacket if you:

• Are taking medicines containing nitrates (for chest pain)
• Have had a recent heart attack, stroke, or serious heart disease
• Have very low or very high blood pressure
• Are taking riociguat (for pulmonary hypertension)
• Have severe liver or kidney disease
• Have a known allergy to Tadalafil
• Have been advised not to have sexual activity for medical reasons

Warnings and Precautions

• Tell your doctor if you have heart problems, high or low blood pressure, liver or kidney disease, stomach ulcers, bleeding disorders, or eye problems (especially retinitis pigmentosa).
• Avoid drinking large amounts of alcohol as it may increase side effects.
• Do not combine with other erectile dysfunction medicines.
• If you experience sudden loss of vision or hearing, stop taking the medicine and seek immediate medical help.
• Seek medical attention if an erection lasts longer than 4 hours (priapism).

Common Side Effects

• Headache
• Back pain or muscle aches
• Flushing
• Nasal congestion
• Indigestion
• Dizziness

These side effects usually disappear after a few hours. Muscle pain and back pain may occur 12–24 hours after taking the tablet and usually resolve within 48 hours.

• Store below 25°C (77°F)
• Keep in original packaging
• Protect from moisture and heat
• Keep out of reach of children

Important Note
Cialis Testpacket is a medicine for adult men only. It is not an aphrodisiac and does not protect against sexually transmitted infections. Sexual stimulation is still required for it to work.
