Armodafinil 150 mg
(Generic Version of Nuvigil)
Product Description
Armodafinil is a powerful wakefulness-promoting agent. It is used to improve wakefulness and reduce excessive daytime sleepiness caused by narcolepsy, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), and shift work sleep disorder (SWSD). It is the longer-lasting R-enantiomer of modafinil and is considered stronger and more effective than regular modafinil.
Dosage and Administration
Recommended Dose:
- Take one 150 mg tablet once daily in the morning.
- For Shift Work Sleep Disorder: Take the tablet approximately 1 hour before your work shift begins.
- Can be taken with or without food.
- Swallow the tablet whole. Do not crush or chew.
Important:
Do not take Armodafinil later than midday (unless treating shift work), as it may cause difficulty sleeping at night.
Important Information
Do NOT take Armodafinil if you:
- Are allergic to armodafinil, modafinil, or any ingredients
- Have a history of certain heart problems (especially left ventricular hypertrophy or mitral valve prolapse)
- Have uncontrolled high blood pressure
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Warnings and Precautions
- Tell your doctor if you have heart problems, high blood pressure, liver or kidney disease, mental health disorders (depression, anxiety, psychosis), or a history of drug abuse.
- Armodafinil can reduce the effectiveness of hormonal birth control. Use additional non-hormonal contraception during treatment and for 2 months after stopping.
- May cause dizziness or blurred vision. Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how it affects you.
- Rare but serious side effects include severe skin reactions (Stevens-Johnson Syndrome), allergic reactions, or psychiatric symptoms (anxiety, hallucinations, aggression).

Storage
- Store at room temperature between 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F)
- Keep in original packaging
- Protect from moisture and heat

Armodafinil is a prescription medicine and should only be used under medical supervision. It is not intended to replace sleep or to be used as a substitute for adequate rest. Misuse or overuse may lead to dependence.

Storage Information
