Product Description
Tametro 20 mg contains Tadalafil 20 mg, a PDE5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, helping to achieve and maintain a firm erection. It is also sometimes prescribed for symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

Tametro is a generic version of Cialis and is known for its long duration of action (up to 36 hours).

How to Take Tametro 20 mg

1. Dosage
   • Take one 20 mg tablet as needed, approximately 30 minutes before sexual activity.
   • Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours.

2. Administration

   • Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
   • You may take it with or without food.
   • For best results, avoid heavy or fatty meals before taking the tablet.

3. Duration of Effect

   • The effects can last for up to 36 hours.
   • Sexual stimulation is required for the medicine to work.

Important Information

Do NOT take Tametro 20 mg if you:

• Are taking nitrates (nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, etc.) for chest pain
• Have had a recent heart attack, stroke, or serious heart rhythm disorder
• Have severe liver or kidney disease
• Have very low or very high uncontrolled blood pressure
• Are taking riociguat (Adempas)
• Are allergic to Tadalafil

Warnings and Precautions

• Consult your doctor before use if you have heart problems, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, eye disorders (especially retinitis pigmentosa), stomach ulcers, or bleeding disorders.
• Avoid drinking large amounts of alcohol as it may increase side effects.
• Do not combine with other erectile dysfunction medications.
• If you experience chest pain, dizziness, nausea during sex, sudden vision or hearing loss, or an erection lasting longer than 4 hours (priapism), stop immediately and seek emergency medical help.

• Store below 25°C (77°F) in a cool, dry place
• Keep in the original blister pack
• Protect from moisture and heat
